With 20 years of experience we knew there was a better way. Frustrated by the state of the small business workspace market, the lack of quality workspace available and the negative issues that we and our customers faced we set out to do it differently.
In 2010 we completed our first new build workspace development and we’ve been refining the concept ever since. 2020 saw our hard work recognised, winning two International Property Awards and the development fully let in record time. Today it’s still full of happy customers.
In 2022 we took another step forward adding 4 new Space2work locations and winning 2 more International Property Awards.
2023 saw the launch of our new Space2work brand: Premium workspace for small business and completion of our latest development Redruth The Park, winner of 3 further International Property Awards.
We’ve never been prouder of the workspace we offer and 2024 sees us pushing forward at pace rolling out new developments across the country, continually striving to be better, do better and keep you, our customers at the heart of everything we do.
